(My hands are a bit more pale than my face.) With and without paint pot This is a swatch of an eyeshadow with and without the MAC paint pot base. It looks a bit orange on my hand but it matches the color of my eyelids xD. Amount 5 g / 0.17 fl oz Color The color of this paint pot is painterly, which is a nude beige color- its quite pale as you can see on my ring finger. Texture It is creamy, matte but also a bit sticky. This product can dry out so you always have to put the cap back on or turn the bottle over on a surface to prevent it from air exposure. The cap is black and the cream is in a small glass pot. Packaging I like the simple packaging of MAC which is black and white. This comes in many shades and it´s sold in all MAC stores. I think that you can use it at least 8 months if you apply it every day, you don't need much when applying. Price One paint post cost €18,50, which is quite expensive. Source text: What can you do with it? You can use it as an eyeshadow base (a primer) or you can use it to even out your eyelid color. Cream-based, can be mixed with M♺♼ shadows and liners. Creates seamless coverage without weight or caking. What is it? On the MAC website it says that it's a highly pigmented eye colour that goes on creamy but dries to an intense, vibrant finish. I'm using the paint pot for almost 2 weeks now and I have to say that I'm quite satisfied with it.

Thank you so much for this product Mitchin ^_^! I had never used a paint pot before, but I had read lots of good reviews about it :) and it's time for me to try this product out. I received a MAC Paint Pot a week ago which was send by Mitchin.

I have a soft spot for MAC MSFs even though they tend to be overly frosty so What I picked out, thoughts and descriptions: Chez Chez Lamé Special Reserve Highlight Powder – This is a soft pale beige gold shimmer. The colors are indeed very metallic in this collection, however I was able to find a few things that worked for me when applied with a lighter hand. I can report that my favorite bloggers did an amazing job in swatching with great accuracy. Everything looked so frosty! Still, curiosity got the best of me so I took a peek at the MAC counter the day after Christmas. I’m all about the glowy and luminous but when I started seeing swatches and reviews on other blogs I was a bit let down. Overall impression: I love the theme of shimmering pales (as seen in last month’s Loving Right Now: Shimmering Pales post). I know what you’re thinking: Not another Cham Pale review! Even more so, MAC on this blog?* I realize you’ve seen this collection reviewed practically everywhere, but per request, here are my thoughts on the MAC Cham Pale collection and comparisons to other shimmer powders and paint pots.
